Jalen Seals is an audiology resident with a strong personal connection to the field of hearing healthcare. As a cochlear implant and hearing aid user, Jalen brings a unique perspective to patient care, combining clinical training with lived experience. This personal journey has shaped a deep understanding of the challenges patients face and fuels a strong commitment to helping others navigate their own hearing health.

Jalen has gained experience supporting patients across multiple settings, including work and shadowing opportunities in Hawaii and Washington, and now continues to expand clinical skills in the Pacific Northwest. These diverse experiences have strengthened a patient-centered approach focused on empathy, communication, and individualized care. Driven by a passion to serve individuals with hearing loss—Jalen is dedicated to helping patients better understand their hearing and improve their quality of life through audiologic care and technology.

Outside of the clinic, Jalen enjoys training for sports and playing chess, activities that help maintain both physical discipline and mental focus. This balance reflects a broader commitment to growth, resilience, and lifelong learning both personally and professionally.
