Our Professional Staff

Shannon earned his BBA from Ohio University and his MBA from Louisiana State University Shreveport. Shannon has more than 20 years of combined experience working in customer service and human resources. Shannon is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Advanced Hearing Care. He has a passion for spending time in the kitchen and traveling the world to explore cultures and food. Shannon is married with three children and two dogs.

Melodye is from Waynesburg, Ohio. Melodye has more than 40 years of experience in the medical industry. Melodye recently retired and moved to Alamogordo to be closer to her daughter Allison and her grandchildren.  In her free time, Melodye enjoys shopping, cooking, and spending time with her grandchildren. 

Angela was born and raised in New Mexico. She worked in the horse racing industry for over 20 years before settling down in Alamogordo. Angela has been a resident of Alamogordo for the past five years. She moved to Alamogordo because of its family friendly atmosphere. She enjoys spending her free time with her two children Brittany and Cameron.

Domenique Torres was born and raised in Alamogordo. Domenique helped to raise her siblings while her mother worked to support the family. Domenique has two children, Meliyah and Amir. Domenique is passionate about giving back to her community. Domenique also enjoys going to the gym, cooking, and painting in her free time.

Alexis was born and raised in Alamogordo, NM along with her two siblings. She graduated valedictorian from Academy Del Sol in 2021. Alexis has worked in medical reception since 2020. Alexis is committed to ensuring that our patients have a positive experience while in our office. In her free time, Alexis loves to shop and spend time with her family.

Hailey was born and raised in Alamogordo, NM. Hailey began to work in the medical field in 2022 and has enjoyed her experience. Hailey has two siblings, Alexis and J’rele. In her free time, Hailey enjoys hiking, camping, traveling, as well as going to the gym and spending time with family. Hailey strives to give back to the people around her by making everyone’s day better.

Originally from Houston, TX, Andi moved to Alamogordo in 2013 with her military spouse and high school sweetheart. Prior to joining Advanced Hearing Care, she spent much of her time raising her three children and working toward her educational goals. In her free time, she enjoys reading, writing, and spending time outdoors—especially when the weather is cool. Andi is dedicated to ensuring that everyone who comes through our doors has the best experience possible.

Heather is an El Paso native who has been living in Alamogordo since 2019. Heather is driven by both passion and personal experience. As a mother of three, her commitment to the field of hearing care is deeply meaningful—her youngest child has a hearing loss. This personal connection inspires her to bring compassion, attention to detail, and a patient-centered approach to every interaction, striving to make a positive impact on individuals and families dealing with hearing challenges.
